ISS to provide integrated facility services to Nordea across the Nordic region
ISS, a leading global provider of facility services, will provide services to Nordea’s headquarters in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
The contract covers management and delivery of integrated facility services to 39 headquarter
buildings in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. ISS will provide facility management, property services, cleaning, catering, security and support services including mail handling and reception as part of the new contract.
“We are very happy and excited that the long collaboration between Nordea and ISS is taken to the next level with this strategic solution which is truly at the forefront of the industry and one of the largest in the Nordic facility services marketplace,” said Troels Bjerg, CEO for ISS in the Nordic Region.
“ISS has built a market-leading delivery platform from which we are able to provide transparent and consistent service across the Nordic countries in a way that secures a superior experience for Nordea’s employees – today and in the future. And with the innovative Insight@ISS IT platform all management information is available real-time,” Bjerg continued.
The new partnership is a significant expansion of a long relationship between ISS and Nordea, which started with a local cleaning contract in 1976 in Copenhagen.
